Abhishek Bachchan is prepared to take on the role of a father to a dance-enthusiastic girl, Inaayat Verma, in the forthcoming film, Be Happy. This film is set to make its Hindi debut exclusively on Prime Video on March 14, and it will also be accessible in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. In anticipation of the release, Abhishek shared insights regarding the similarities between the film's narrative and his own experiences with his daughter, Aaradhya.

Be Happy narrates the tale of a father who, albeit hesitantly, embraces the art of dance to support his daughter in achieving her aspirations. In an interview with Times Of India, Abhishek Bachchan expressed his gratitude that his daughter, Aaradhya, has not placed him in such a predicament. 

"I have never encountered a situation where I needed to step outside my comfort zone. There has been nothing that made me feel, 'This is something I am not at ease with, yet I must do it for my child.' Fortunately, I have not faced that scenario thus far," he remarked.

Abhishek stated that he adhered strictly to the script to authentically represent the character and his relationship with his daughter. He remarked, "The emotions are universal; however, it is essential to comprehend the character's world and mindset. A well-crafted script is instrumental in achieving this."

In a formal announcement, Abhishek Bachchan shared his insights on portraying the character of Shiv in Remo D'Souza's film, Be Happy. He described the experience of embodying Shiv as an emotional journey, highlighting the character's struggle as a father who battles against time and fate to fulfill his daughter's aspirations.

According to Bachchan, Be Happy transcends the boundaries of a typical film. He remarked, "It serves as a powerful testament to resilience—reminding us that the most courageous act we can undertake is to continue progressing, even when faced with life's most challenging obstacles, much like the art of dance."
