After making his name for his comedy shows, writing, and acting, Zakir Khan is shining bright with his recent show ‘Aapka Apna Zakir’. The show has already graced multiple actors including Raveena Tandon, Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, Raghav Juyal, Karisma Kapoor, and more. Now, the comedian is all set to host actor Sonu Sood who is all set to make the episode more fun and filled with laughter. 

Sonu Sood is all set to set the stage on fire with his comic-timing

The recently released promo shows Sonu Sood recreating the iconic scene from Shah Rukh Khan’s film Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge with Shweta Tiwari. In the video, we can see Zakir telling Sonu, "DDLJ ka woh joh dialogue hai." (That dialogue of DDLJ.) As soon as he says this Sonu and Shweta recreate Shah Rukh Khan-Kajol's scene from the film. The actress is then seen walking with a lot of sass and Sood says, "Oye mud ja, mud ja oye (Hey! Turn around.)

Sharing the promo on their social media account, the makers wrote in the caption: "Laughter, iconic dialogues, and Sonu Sood's unbeatable humor - all packed into this weekend's Aapka Apna Zakir. Saturday-Sunday at 9:30 PM on Sony LIV. #AapkaApnaZakir #AapkaApnaZakirOnSonyLIV"

It was earlier reported by Times Now, that Aapka Apna Zakir might go off-air very soon. A source told the news publication, "The second week’s ratings of Aapka Apna Zakir are so abysmally low that the makers almost fell off from their chairs. They have decided and informed Zakir about scrapping the show."
