Actor Aamir Khan and his daughter Ira Khan were seen together in Mumbai on Monday as they left their residences. Numerous videos and photographs of the pair surfaced on social media. Some observers noted that Ira appeared to be emotional during their meeting.

In a video shared on Instagram by a paparazzi, Ira was observed speaking to Aamir Khan as she walked away. Aamir then turned, called out to her, and embraced her, placing a kiss on her forehead before entering his vehicle.

Subsequently, Ira was spotted departing the location in her car, wearing a black T-shirt, pants, and shoes. Aamir chose a blue T-shirt, denim jeans, and white sneakers for the occasion. In the comments section, one individual remarked, “She appears to be on the verge of tears or has already cried. Ira is clearly emotional.”

One comment stated, "Please refrain from directing the camera towards her face. She appears to be experiencing an emotional moment." Another fan remarked, "Is Ira crying? She seems somewhat unsettled. Let's respect her privacy." Ira is the daughter of Aamir Khan and his first spouse, Reena Dutta, and she has a brother named Junaid Khan.

When Ira opened up about her mental health

Ira has consistently expressed her thoughts on mental health. In October 2020, she revealed that she had been diagnosed with clinical depression. Additionally, she shared several posts on Instagram discussing her experiences with anxiety attacks. In 2023, Aamir informed News18 India about the emotional support provided by Ira's then-boyfriend, celebrity fitness trainer Nupur Shikhare, during her struggle with depression.

In January of this year, Ira and Nupur marked the occasion of their first wedding anniversary. They exchanged vows in a private ceremony on January 3, 2024. Their relationship was initially formalized through a registered marriage at Taj Lands End in Bandra, Mumbai, on January 3.
