Ajay Devgn's nephew, Aaman Devgn, is all set to kick off his acting career in the new movie Azaad, where he'll be starring alongside Raveena Tandon's daughter, Rasha Thadani. As Aaman gets ready to act with his uncle, he admitted that he felt pretty nervous on their first day of filming together.

Aaman opens up

Aaman opened up about his nerves working with his uncle, even though he comes from a film family. He shared his feelings during the trailer launch of his movie.

Reflecting on his first day of shooting, Aaman admitted, “I was super nervous when we kicked off filming. I’m still feeling that way, but there’s also a ton of excitement and joy mixed in. This experience is something I’ll remember forever. On that first day, I wasn’t focused on my character; I was just thinking about Ajay Devgn.”

Ajay was there too and mentioned that he often turns down Aaman’s ideas to motivate him to improve. He said, “I’m always firing him up. What he brings to the table just isn’t enough for me. He puts in a lot of effort, but I keep challenging him. Sometimes he appreciates it, sometimes not. But that’s just my style, and it’s not changing.

Here's a look at the movie

Aaman is gearing up for his next role in Abhishek Kapoor’s period drama, Azaad, which will also mark the debut of Raveena Tandon's daughter, Rasha Thadani. The film's trailer dropped on Monday. It centers around a horse that stands by Ajay's character, a dacoit (rebel). Diana Penty is also in the mix, playing Ajay’s love interest, alongside Mohit Malik.

Produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Pragya Kapoor, Azaad tells a touching story about the strong bond between humans and animals, highlighting themes of love, loyalty, and bravery. Set in pre-Independence India, the film follows 19-year-old Govind and his unique relationship with an extraordinary horse, while also exploring the intricacies of the dacoit and zamindari systems. Mark your calendars for its release on January 17!
