AP Dhillon has provided evidence following Diljit Dosanjh's assertion that he did not block him on Instagram. Dhillon has released screen recordings demonstrating that he was able to view Diljit's Instagram profile after being unblocked.

AP Dhillon shared a video on his Instagram Stories in which he recounted an incident where a fan provided him with a link to Diljit's profile, but he was unable to access it due to an error message. In the clip, he captioned it with the word "before" and included a message in Punjabi stating, "Diljit de fan's nu ay ni pta k unblock bhi ho jade," which translates to "Diljit's fans are unaware that it can be unblocked as well."

A different video demonstrated that he could access Diljit's profile by clicking on it. He remarked, "After," accompanied by laughing emojis. Additionally, he tagged Diljit. Dhillon further stated, "I had no intention of commenting, aware that everyone would criticize me regardless, but at least we can discern what is genuine and what is not (shrugging emoji)."

A subsequent message stated, "From the AP Dhillon team. We are the last to engage in excessive promotion or mislead our fans. Our passion drives us, and we allow the audience to form their own opinions... and I acknowledge that we are not without flaws. Therefore, when our name is associated with unity, let us also support one another behind the scenes, rather than merely performing actions or making statements to enhance our public image."

"This paid media and public relations strategy, while admirable, has deceived many. If you believe that anyone involved in this industry is acting for the benefit of others rather than for their own interests, reconsider," the note concluded. Additionally, he included his song Real Talk as the accompanying music.

A dispute has arisen involving AP Dhillon and Diljit, centred around allegations of Instagram blocking.

During his concert in Chandigarh on Saturday, AP Dhillon requested Diljit to unblock him on Instagram. This request followed Diljit's disclosure of both him and Karan Aujla during his performance in Indore. AP Dhillon addressed the audience, stating, “I would like to mention one small thing, brother. First, please unblock me on Instagram, and then we can converse. I am not interested in discussing any marketing strategies, but it is essential that you unblock me first. I have been working for three years. Have you ever seen me involved in any controversy?"

In response, Diljit shared a screenshot of AP Dhillon's Instagram account, indicating that his posts were visible, which suggested that he had not blocked him. Diljit commented, "I never blocked you. My issues may be with the government, not with fellow artists."

During his performance in Indore, Diljit remarked, “Two of my brothers, Karan Aujla and AP Dhillon, have commenced their tour; I wish them the best of luck as well.”
