Following the release, Chandan discussed his character's evolution throughout the seasons, emphasizing that Bhopa Swami is now "prepared to seize his destiny" in this new installment.

In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Chandan Roy Sanyal shared insights about his character Bhopa, who has served as a quiet yet influential presence behind Bobby Deol's Baba Nirala. However, the dynamics have shifted in the latest chapter of Aashram, titled Ek Badnaam Aashram 3 Part 2.
"This time, the balance has changed as he has reached his limit. As Baba Nirala starts to ignore his advice, Bhopa begins to question his role within the Aashram. For the first time, he feels sidelined, and his influence is diminishing. This realization ignites a subtle yet determined rebellion within him," Chandan explained.
He further noted that Bhopa Swami now perceives himself as not only powerful but also worthy of the throne. "This season signifies Bhopa Swami’s emergence from the shadows—ready to claim his destiny," he remarked. In this installment, Chandan shares the screen with Bobby, Aaditi Pohankar, Darshan Kumar, Anupriya Goenka, Rajeev Siddhartha, and Esha Gupta.

Regarding his career in the OTT space, Chandan Roy Sanyal has participated in various projects. In addition to Aashram, he has been involved in web series such as Forbidden Love, Ray, Shehar Lakhot, Lootere, and Charlie Chopra.
Prior to the release of Ek Badnaam Aashram 3 Part 2, Sanyal appeared in 36 Days, a web series that debuted on SonyLIV and OTTplay Premium. Directed by Vishal Furia, this series is an Indian adaptation of the British show 35 Days and was launched on July 12, 2024.
