Do-hyeon’s personal life finally on track, but professional life is a mess

Won-bong (Kim Won-hae) asks his wife Geum-hee (Kim Sung-ryung) to inform her son Do-hyeon (Yeon Woo-jin) that he could come by to their house often. After years, Geum-hee has accepted him as her own, and her husband has also stood by her decision. Won-bong wants the detective to eat tasty dishes prepared by his mother.

Hyeon-sik (Seo Hyun-chul), who has been helping Detective Do-hyeon (Yeon Woo-jin) out in the arson case, informs Do-hyeon that he just has one week before he is transferred to the Cold Cases team. The detective has a lot to do before that, and he, too, believes that the decision was too sudden.

Ju-ri breaks up with Dae-geun

Won-bong is not pleased with Ju-ri (Lee Se-hee) and Ms. Heo (Jung Young-joo)'s son Dae-geun (Kim Jung-jin) staying with them. In fact, Ms. Heo has asked that her son be kicked out of the pharmacy, too. Knowing about love all too well, Won-bong wishes to give Dae-geun time to figure his life out, and thus, he has been stalling Ms. Heo's decision.

Seeing their troubles, Ju-ri is determined to end the relationship. With that, Dae-geun is left shattered. She has approached Ms. Heo for a deal.

Jeong-suk breaks down thinking how would she support her son’s education

Yeong-bok (Kim Sun-young) is surprised to see the adult products seized and under police custody. The women, who earn their livelihood by selling the products, are in a situation where they cannot make a sale anymore. Jeong-suk (Kim So-yeon) is especially devastated, given she was just promoted but is a single mother with the responsibility of raising a child all by herself. Will the series end on a sad note for her? How will things sort out? Stay tuned to find out.
