Salman Khan is currently engaged in festivities for his 59th birthday today, December 27. To commemorate this special day, his devoted bodyguard of many years, Shera, posted a photograph with the actor to extend his birthday wishes.

On Thursday night, Shera posted a photograph on his Instagram account featuring himself alongside Salman during the actor's midnight birthday celebration. Salman appeared stylish in a black T-shirt paired with a brown jacket, while Shera stood beside him, resting his arm on Salman's shoulder. In the caption, Shera expressed, “Mere MAALIK ka birthday hai (It's my boss' birthday) (celebration emoji) love MAALIK (red heart emoji).” He also included several hashtags: Happy birthday, birthday, blessed, Shera, and maalik.

The midnight birthday celebration for Salman Khan was graced by the presence of his close friends and family. His brothers, actors Arbaaz Khan and Sohail Khan arrived in their individual vehicles. Arbaaz was joined by his wife, makeup artist Sshura Khan, as they recently marked their first wedding anniversary.

Music composer Sajid Khan, known for his work with Sajid-Wajid, took to Instagram to provide a glimpse into Salman's birthday festivities. The video features Salman cutting his birthday cake alongside his niece Ayat, the daughter of his sister Arpita Khan and actor Ayush Sharma.

The launch of the teaser for Salman's Sikandar has been delayed

Salman Khan is set to appear in the upcoming action thriller Sikandar, directed by AR Murugadoss. The film, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and featuring Rashmika Mandanna, is scheduled for release in theatres next Eid. Although the teaser was initially planned to be unveiled on Salman's birthday, the production team has decided to delay its release by one day due to the recent passing of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.

In a statement, the official X account of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment expressed, "In light of the passing of our esteemed former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Ji, we regret to announce that the release of the Sikandar teaser has been postponed to 28th December at 11:07 AM. Our thoughts are with the nation during this time of mourning. Thank you for your understanding. - #TeamSikandar."
