The 76th Primetime Emmy Awards is being held on September 16, 2024, streaming live on Lionsgate Play (OTTplay Premium), honouring the finest in American primetime television programming from June 1, 2023, to May 31, 2024, as selected by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. Due to labour issues in Hollywood in 2023, the 75th ceremony was postponed from September 2023 to January 15, 2024, making it the second Primetime Emmy Awards ceremony in 2024. Jesse Collins is in charge of producing the event, which Eugene and Dan Levy are hosting.

Shgun received the most nominations overall with 25, and The Bear came in second with 23, breaking the previous record of 30 Rock in 2009, which was 22 nominations for a comedy series in a single year. Of all the networks, Netflix had the most nominations (107).
