Today, as the show completed four years of release, Mehta took to his social media account to express his heartfelt gratitude. He also shared a sneak peek of what's next in the show.

Taking to his Twitter (X) account, Hansal Mehta shared a long post where he thanked his co-director Jai Mehta and also extended his thanks to the brilliant writing team who all contributed to the series. He also mentioned the teams from Applause Social, Sony LIV, and SPN Studio NEXT, for the collaborative effort that brought the series to life.
The filmmaker then thanked the cast and crew of the series and also mentioned that he cannot wait to work with them again with Scam Season 3. He wrote: "Much love to you @pratikg80 @shreyadhan13 @anjalibarot06 and the brilliant, brilliant cast - we have @CastingChhabra to thank for this match made in heaven. So many to name here but I don’t have space or handles to write but this is for each and every member of my CREW - you guys were exemplary. Can’t wait to do this again with Scam S3."
