Kanchan Mullick and Sreemoyee Chattoraj went on a holiday to the Maldives at the beginning of July. Their photos and videos created a buzz on social media. However, upon returning from Maldives, they shared a piece of news and Sreemoyee’s mother rushed to their place.

Kanchan Mullick, 53, got married to Sreemoyee on February 14. This was Kanchan’s third marriage. He proposed to Sreemoyee on Valentine's Day and did the registry on the same day. The social marriage took place at the beginning of March. It included mehendi, sangeet, gaye-holud, and all other rituals. 

However, the honeymoon was held off due to their busy schedules. After the general elections, they went to Maldives. Their romance video at Maldives' blue water went viral on social media. But the problem happened after coming back. 

Sreemoyee shared a video that showed her mother preparing luchi sitting on the floor. The actress stood behind her and smilingly said that her mother was to handle the crisis since both of the couples were sick. They had a fever and no taste in their mouths. Hence her mother had to prepare luchi, dum aloo, and malpoa for them.

After their wedding, the couple were trolled due to their age gap. Kanchan is now 54 and Sreemoyee is 28. But then Sreemoyee got vocal and said that she was happy both emotionally and physically after marriage. Hence, they would not pay any attention to any troll. 

Sreemoyee was hospitalized after her marriage. She became sick because of the heat wave and had vomiting and stomach pain. At that time, Kanchan was by her side amidst the busy schedule of his election campaign. Now, Sreemoyee’s mother came to get them both well.
