Ingredients
- 2 hibiscus flowers
- Lemon –15ml
- Cardamom powder
- Honey
Method
- In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil. Introduce the dried hibiscus flowers into the boiling water, then lower the heat to allow it to simmer for approximately 10 minutes. Afterward, remove the saucepan from the heat and let the infusion steep for an additional 10 minutes to deepen the flavor.
- Utilize a fine mesh strainer to pour the hibiscus infusion into a pitcher, discarding the used flowers. While the infusion remains warm, incorporate the freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey, stirring thoroughly until the honey is completely dissolved.
- Add a small amount of cardamom to the mixture and stir well to ensure the flavors meld together. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then place it in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours, or until it is thoroughly chilled.
- To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled hibiscus cooler over the ice. For an added touch of freshness, garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Pomegranate Sangria

Ingredients
- 60ml white rum
- 60ml orange juice
- 20ml pomegranate syrup
- 10ml lime juice
- 10ml cinnamon syrup
- Slice of orange (Garnish)
Method
- Combine white rum, orange juice, pomegranate syrup, lime juice, and cinnamon syrup in a cocktail shaker. Populate the shaker with ice cubes. Shake the contents vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds until well chilled. Strain the resulting mixture into a chilled wine glass filled with ice. Finish by garnishing with a slice of orange.
Smoked Refreshing Jaisalmeri Lemonade

Ingredients
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
- 1 tbsp Honey or Sugar
- 1 Glass Chilled Water
- Ice Cubes
- 1 Cinnamon Stick (for smoking)
- Mint Leaves (optional)
- Lemon Slice (for garnish)
Method
- Ignite one end of the cinnamon stick using a lighter, extinguish the flame, and insert the smoking stick into the glass for several seconds. In another glass, combine lemon juice and honey (or sugar) until fully dissolved. Introduce ice cubes into the smoked glass, pour in the lemonade, and stir thoroughly. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a few mint leaves for a refreshing touch.
Kuda Coffee

Ingredients
- 30 ml brewed & chilled coffee (preferably strong, like espresso or cold brew)
- 45 ml Sri Lankan arak (or a similar rum if unavailable)
- 1 kopi leaf (optional, for garnish)
- Fresh coconut
- Ice cubes
Method
- Prepare the coffee and let it cool down.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the Sri Lankan arak with the cooled coffee.
- Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously for approximately 10 to 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a pre-chilled glass.
- Garnish with a kopi leaf on top and add fresh coconut for an aromatic finishing touch.

Ingredients
- 15g Moringa leaves (without stem)
- 20g Tisanes Dream Berry Tea (without berries)
- 5g Sichuan pepper
- 1000ml Water
- 100g Castor sugar
- 3g Pink salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a Thermomix.
- Set the temperature to 75°C and the speed to 1.5 for a duration of 18 minutes.
- Once cooled, strain the mixture and transfer it to a bottle.
- Store in the refrigerator. The shelf life is 7 days.
