Currently, I am: Enjoying the response to my single, Assi Sajna.
High point in life: Many small highs led to the success of Ranjha, which paved the way for Heeriye. It is all connected.
Low point in life: Heartbreak! The discomfort was paralysing. But the hardest day of your life is when you are the strongest.
On my playlist: Tu Jhoom, by Naseebo Lal; Sukoon, by Hasan Roshaan; JP Saxe’s song If the World Was Ending.
One thing I would never buy: An award.
Today I am craving: Waffles.
Last thing I ordered online: Groceries.
App I check before bed: The clock. (Okay, it’s actually Instagram!)
Advice I’d give my 18-year-old self: It will all work out. Be easy on yourself. Learn to love sooner. Move forward with faith.
My favourite subject in school: Sports, music and English.
I would swipe right on: Self-love.
My secret skill is: I can make a killer breakfast.
A magic tool I wish I had: A way to make days longer.
My favourite Sunday memory: Spending time with my dogs and enjoying a cup of coffee.
My plans for next Sunday: To have an unplugged day – no phones, just enjoying the moment with my dogs, a good book and coffee.
My most star-struck moment: I recently met Priyanka Chopra Jonas and got some solid life advice from her. She inspires me a lot.
If I could travel back or forward in time, I would: Stay here in the present; I am not big on nostalgia and do not like the uncertainty of the future.
The best thing about fame: The ability to influence and inspire people.
The worst thing about fame: Nothing.
