Filmmaker Farah Khan has provided an exclusive look into the opulent Mumbai residence of filmmaker Boney Kapoor and his daughters, Khushi Kapoor and Janhvi Kapoor. In a video shared on her YouTube channel, Farah expressed her admiration as she toured the estate, which was acquired by the Kapoors for ₹65 crore, according to a 2022 report from The Times of India.

The property is said to encompass a built-up area of 8,669 square feet and features parking for five vehicles. This duplex apartment is located on the first and second floors of a building near Pali Hill, Mumbai. Each level possesses its own distinct character and allure, catering to a range of tastes from luxury and extravagance to simplicity and modesty.

The residence is characterized by expansive glass windows that not only enhance the functionality of the living room and other areas but also serve as a captivating architectural feature. These windows provide magnificent views of the surrounding landscape and outdoor environments.

A striking staircase that ascends to the bedrooms and additional living areas serves as the stunning centrepiece of this celebrity residence. One wall is adorned with a large mirror, while another showcases a gallery of vintage family photographs elegantly framed. Additionally, the spacious dining area stands out, highlighted by a grand crystal chandelier suspended above the lengthy wooden dining table.

Art and family photos add a touch of personality

The bar and living area showcased captivating wooden craftsmanship, complemented by wooden flooring and elegant light fixtures. This space offered a view of a balcony adorned with a variety of vibrant plants and trees.

Several walls are adorned with family portraits and artworks that honour Boney's late wife, as well as the legendary mother of Khushi and Janhvi, Sridevi, narrating touching stories of the Kapoor family.
