Amitabh Bachchan's Fav Recipe - Pasta 'Arrabiata'

Over the years, Pasta has become a favourite dish for those who love classic as well as modern. There are lots of different varieties of pasta. Masala pasta, Lazy Creamy pasta, Spicy chicken pasta, Veg pesto pasta...etc  Most of the celebrities avoid pasta as it does not contain any health benefits but In a TV show, Amitabh Bachchan revealed that 'Arrabiata' is his favourite pasta dish. Pink Sauce Pasta

Ingredients:

Penne Pasta

Olive oil

Butter

Water (Half cup)

Salt

Black salt

Tomato

Finely chopped onion

Peales Garlic (8-10)

Chopped Garlic

Chopped Ginger 

Red chilli

Tomato Sauce

Chilli Sauce

Pasta Sauce

Black

Peri Peri Seasoning 

Chilli flakes

Finely chopped coriander leaves 

Method:

1. Take a Kadai and add some water, salt, olive oil and penne pasta. Cook it for 10-12 minute. After it well cooked, drizzle some olive oil on it to avoid stickiness. 

2. Heat olive in a non-stick pan. Add the half-cut tomatoes, garlic, ginger and red chilli and cook it for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame. 

3. Once it is cooked, peel off the tomatoes and grain it well to get a fine paste. 

4. Heat a Kadai and add a butter cube and a teaspoon of olive oil. Add some chopped ginger garlic and half a cup of finely chopped onion. Gently saute until the onion gets golden. 

5.  Add chilli sauce, tomato sauce, pasta sauce, black salt, plain salt, and peri peri seasoning and add the tomato puri into it. Mix it well to get a thick masala and add some chilli flakes and the cooked penne pasta. Gently mix till well combined. 

6. Garnish with some fresh finely chopped coriander leaves and serve hot and enjoy.
