In a recent interview with Architectural Digest India (AD), the actress provided an exclusive look into her 1,369-square-foot builder-grade apartment. The property boasts several bedrooms, one of which is a charming glam room designed for the actress, adorned with floral wallpaper on the ceiling, a geometric chandelier, a plush pink pouffe, and mirrored-front closets.

As an actress, I required a dedicated area for preparation, particularly for my fittings. This space allows me to express my femininity and immerse myself in fashion, with all my garments organized meticulously, which significantly simplifies my life. Additionally, I have mirror shutters installed, as I also utilize this room for dance practice," stated the actor, recognized for her role in TV series such as Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, in an interview with AD.

Pinterest-worthy space

Aditi aspired to create a home that resembled a ‘Pinterest-worthy space,’ characterized by visually captivating corners suitable for her content creation. However, it was equally important for her residence to serve the practical needs of her family and their two dogs. Shreya Porey, the founder of Osaya Architects based in California, who was responsible for designing the actor's home in Mumbai, noted that Aditi desired a contemporary dwelling that reflected her eclectic taste while also possessing sufficient character to evoke a sense of warmth and hospitality.

Intricate details galore

Adjacent to the home's arched entrance, a bespoke rattan mirror with a substantial rustic black frame and a wooden bench greet visitors. Aditi's living room features a coffee table alongside a coordinated L-shaped sofa, complemented by plaid curtains and unique lighting fixtures.

The soft, pastel colour scheme continues throughout the residence. In the dining area, a rattan chandelier is suspended above the wooden dining table, accompanied by matching cane chairs, all set against a bold red crockery cabinet.

Quirky kitchen and bedroom

The actor selected sage cabinetry complemented by matte black fixtures, a checkered floor, and a white stone ribbed backsplash, creating a beautiful and playful kitchen. The sink incorporates a small-scale version of the black-and-white checkered flooring. Another distinctive area in the residence is Aditi's bedroom, which is accessed through a striking yellow curvilinear doorway. Inside, a custom-designed serpentine-style upholstered bed rests on a carpet, adding a unique and stylish touch to the space.
