Manish Malhotra presented his stunning collection on Monday evening at the Hindustan Times India’s Most Stylish event. During this occasion, Mumtaz made her runway debut as the showstopper for the designer, joining fellow actors Shilpa Shetty, Urmila Matondkar, and Khushi Kapoor. At the fashion show, the esteemed actor Rekha expressed her support for Mumtaz as she graced the ramp for the first time at the age of 77. A video shared by Iulia Vantur captures Rekha giving a standing ovation to Mumtaz, alongside FDCI president Sunil Sethi and the audience in attendance. The iconic Mumtaz donned a sophisticated black saree for her runway debut. This chiffon drape featured intricate, multi-colored floral embroidery, sparkling sequin details, and tassels along the pallu border. Manish complemented it with a matching black blouse that boasted full-length sleeves adorned with tassels, a V neckline, and a cropped hem embellished with black beads.

The 77-year-old star accessorized the nine yards with a stunning necklace, embellished heels, rings, and earrings. Her hair was styled loosely with a side part and blowout waves, while her makeup featured a dewy, blush-pink aesthetic.

In contrast, Manish Malhotra dressed Shilpa Shetty in a white saree adorned with floral embroidery, paired with a pearl-embellished halter-neck blouse. She accessorized the ensemble with diamond earrings, gold bracelets, and rings. Shilpa styled her hair loosely with a side part, opting for shimmering eye shadow, glossy caramel lips, flushed cheeks, and feathered brows.

Urmila donned a silk-satin saree complemented by a full-length trench coat embellished with red gemstones at the cuffs. She accessorized the outfit with coordinating earrings, rings, and opted for loose hair along with understated makeup. In contrast, Khushi Kapoor infused a contemporary flair into her look with a modern pre-draped saree that showcased a thigh-high slit and vibrant embellishments.
