The two actresses recently attended an awards ceremony in Mumbai, both donning the same attire. Here’s how they responded to the situation.

On March 21, photographers captured Dia Mirza and Rasika Duggal as they arrived at The Hollywood Reporter event. The two stars walked the red carpet together, beaming with joy upon realizing they were dressed alike. Their friendly interaction delighted fans, who took to the comments section to express their admiration. One comment noted, “Both look so happy after discovering they share the same outfit.” Another remarked, “This is how intelligent and confident women present themselves.” A fan added, “They turned an awkward moment into a joyful one.”

What Dia and Rasika wore?

Both actresses opted for a silk golden anarkali suit set for the red carpet occasion. Dia's ethnic ensemble featured an anarkali kurta with a crew neckline, quarter-length sleeves, a fitted bodice, a cinched waist, and a flared skirt adorned with embroidered cuffs and intricate threadwork on the bust. She paired it with matching gold silk palazzo pants and a dupatta, which she elegantly draped over her shoulder, trailing to the floor.

To complement her outfit, Dia accessorized with striking black stone earrings, rings, and block heels. Her hairstyle was styled in a bubble braid, embellished with gold accessories, while her makeup included kohl-lined eyes, feathered brows, berry-toned lips, flushed cheeks, and mascara-enhanced lashes.

On the other hand, Rasika's gold anarkali kurta also featured a crew neckline, quarter-length sleeves, and a flared skirt. She completed her look with matching straight-fit palazzo pants and opted not to wear a dupatta. Her styling included dangling earrings, a gold choker necklace, rings, peep-toe heels, brown lips, smokey eyes, and flushed cheeks. Her hair was styled in a bun adorned with white flowers, perfectly finishing her appearance.
