The gown, designed by JADE by Monica and Karishma, features a plunging sweetheart neckline that highlights the actor's décolletage, complemented by an off-the-shoulder design with full-length, billowy sleeves and cinched cuffs. The gown's flowy silhouette is enhanced by ruffles at the hem, creating a floor-grazing effect, while pleated details add depth to her overall appearance.

As the brand ambassador for Cartier, Deepika adorned herself with one of the brand's most exquisite pieces for the anniversary celebration. The necklace, part of the Nature Sauvage collection, is known as the Chryseis necklace. According to the Cartier website, its design is inspired by the black-and-white patterns found on butterfly wings, which are a favored motif of the brand.

The necklace features chalcedony beads that provide a vibrant contrast to the black and white diamonds. The centerpiece is a remarkable 63.76-carat rubellite pendant, which serves as the focal point of the piece. The iconic red-green-black color scheme is emblematic of the Maison.

In addition to the necklace, Deepika accessorized with sparkling diamond ear studs. She styled her hair in a side-parted twisted bun, adorned with a silk black bow.
