Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and little Raha Kapoor had a jam-packed Christmas this year, enjoying some quality family time in Mumbai. After hitting up the traditional Kapoor lunch, the couple wrapped up the day hanging out with Alia’s mom, Soni Razdan, and her sister, Shaheen Bhatt.

Alia shared a heartwarming post, saying, “With the sparkling lights and surrounded by love... this is the essence of Christmas.” She gave her fans a peek into her holiday celebrations with some adorable photos. One shot shows her snuggled up to Ranbir, who’s cradling little Raha, while another captures her playfully hugging Shaheen with a silly grin.

She also snapped some pics with Soni and other family members. In one of the photos, she looks super happy as she digs into some dessert. Alia rocked a red dress for the family lunch and switched to a white outfit with festive antlers for the evening. Neetu Kapoor joined in on the fun later that night.

Neetu shared a joyful snap on her Instagram after lunch, captioning it, “Family Christmas celebration.” The photo features Raha beaming in Alia’s arms, while Ranbir sports a big smile. Ranbir’s niece and nephew, Agastya Nanda and Navya, are also in high spirits, with Agastya giving his aunt, Nitasha Nanda, a warm hug. Randhir Kapoor and Babita were front and center alongside Neetu.

Future projects ahead

Ranbir was last spotted in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal, which hit theaters in December of last year. He’s set to appear in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love and War and Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana soon. Both projects are currently in the works, with a release planned for 2026.

Alia was recently seen in Vasan Bala’s Jigra this year. She’ll be joining Ranbir in Love and War, marking their second collaboration after Brahmastra: Part 1 - Shiva. Additionally, she’s working on Shiv Rawali’s spy flick Alpha, which will be part of the YRF Spy Universe.
