Celeb recipe - 5-minute Kurkure

Do your kids insist on eating Kurkure? We know that this Kurkure comes as a packed food with lots of preservatives which is not good for our children's health. Have you ever thought of making Kurkure at home by using some basic ingredients? Here is the simple and healthy Kurkure recipe.

Ingredients:

  1. Half a cup of rice flour
  2. 2 spoons of gram
  3. 1 spoon of wheat flour
  4. Water (1 cup)
  5. Oil
  6. Chaat Masala
  7. Kashmiri Red Chilli
  8. Black Salt

Method:

1. Take a bowl, and add 1 cup of rice flour. Add 2 spoons of gram flour, 1 spoon of wheat flour, a pinch of salt and water into it.

 2. Mix it well and cook it for 5 to 6 minutes on low flame to get a smooth dough. Leave it for 5-8 minutes.

 3. Give it the shape of a kurkure by using your hands. Do not forget to spread oil on your hands to avoid stickiness and fry it in hot oil until crispy. Serve into a bowl.

 4. Add a pinch of chaat masala, black salt and Kashmiri red chilli to the well-fried kurkure and mix it well.

 Your homemade healthy kurkure is ready. Serve it with a black tea and enjoy your free time and your kids are going to love it.
