Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup watermelon seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 4 cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut powder
  • Dates (3-4)

Method

1. Take a bowl. Put all seeds ( Alomds, Walnuts, Watermelon seeds, Pumpkin seeds, Sunflower seed, Chia seeds, Cardamom and Fennel seeds, 

2.  Take a grinder. Add coconut powder and dates along with the seeds. 

3. Grind until coarsely powdered.

4. Shape each portion into a round ball.

5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
