Renault is set to implement a strategic product expansion in the Indian market. The French automotive leader, which currently offers models such as the Renault Kwid hatchback, Kiger sub-compact SUV, and Triber MPV in India, is developing a range of new products. The company is focused on the next-generation Renault Triber MPV and Renault Kiger sub-compact SUV, both scheduled for release in the latter half of 2025. Additionally, Renault is also advancing the development of the next-generation Renault Duster SUV, anticipated to debut in 2026..

Next-generation Renault Kiger

The upcoming Renault Kiger SUV is set to receive a highly anticipated update. This refresh will feature a new front profile, a reimagined lighting design, and an updated alloy wheel design. Additionally, it is expected to incorporate design elements inspired by the Renault Kardian SUV. Alongside these aesthetic enhancements, the next-generation Renault Kiger is anticipated to introduce a variety of new features. However, it is not expected to include any mechanical upgrades. The vehicle will likely continue to be powered by a 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine and a 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine. Transmission options are expected to consist of both a manual gearbox and an automatic transmission for each engine variant.

Next-generation Renault Triber

The forthcoming generation of the Renault Triber MPV is anticipated to undergo significant design modifications, similar to its SUV counterpart. Although the fundamental shape of the MPV is likely to be retained, it will incorporate numerous new styling features both internally and externally. While Renault has yet to disclose specific details, it may draw design inspiration from the Renault Espace MPV. Additionally, one can expect an array of new features to be introduced. The new generation Renault Triber is also expected to see enhancements in its powertrain, addressing concerns regarding the current model's perceived lack of power, particularly when all three rows of seats are occupied.

Next-generation Renault Duster

The next-generation Duster SUV, one of the most anticipated models from Renault, was originally scheduled for launch in India in 2025; however, the manufacturer has now postponed this release to 2026.
