Ultraviolette has recently announced the conclusion of the introductory pricing for the new Tesseract. Launched earlier this year, the Ultraviolette Tesseract initially had a starting price of ₹1.20 lakh (ex-showroom, introductory). The company has informed customers who have pre-ordered the e-scooter about this update. Originally, the introductory prices were available to the first 10,000 customers, but due to high demand, this limit was extended to 50,000. The starting price for the Ultraviolette Tesseract will now be ₹1.45 lakh (ex-showroom).

Regarding the introductory pricing, Ultraviolette has confirmed that the prices will remain fixed for the first 50,000 customers who pre-booked the Tesseract at the introductory rate. These customers will benefit from a ₹25,000 discount on the standard price of the electric scooter, regardless of the variant selected.

The all-new Ultraviolette Tesseract will get three battery options - 3.5 kWh, 5 kWh, and 6 kWh

The newly introduced Ultraviolette Tesseract will offer three battery options: 3.5 kWh, 5 kWh, and 6 kWh. This model is built on a completely new platform, representing Ultraviolette's entry into the mass-market segment. The dynamic electric scooter is powered by a PMS electric motor that delivers 20.1 bhp. The Tesseract will feature various battery capacities, with the base model equipped with a 3.5 kWh battery, the mid-range variant featuring a 5 kWh battery, and the top-tier version boasting a 6 kWh battery that provides a range of 261 km (IDC) on a single charge. Additionally, this e-scooter can accelerate from 0 to 60 km/h in just 2.9 seconds.

Ultraviolette Tesseract Features

In terms of features, the Tesseract is well-equipped, showcasing segment-first innovations such as dual radar systems at both the front and rear, complemented by dual cameras for blind-spot detection, overtake alerts, and collision warnings. It also includes a dual LED projector headlamp, LED daytime running lights, a TFT touchscreen display with Violette AI connectivity, keyless entry, parking assistance, hill hold, cruise control, navigation, and more.

The electric scooter is mounted on 14-inch alloy wheels and offers 34 liters of underseat storage. Its braking system consists of disc brakes at both ends, featuring dual-channel ABS. The model will also incorporate traction control and dynamic stability control.

Ultraviolette Tesseract Deliveries

Deliveries of the Ultraviolette Tesseract are set to commence in early 2026. The company plans to open configuration options for customers by the end of the year to finalize orders.
