The 2025 Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder does not receive any design updates compared to its predecessor. It retains exterior elements such as LED projector headlamps, twin LED daytime running lights, a sporty skid plate, a crystal acrylic grille, and 17-inch alloy wheels. Additionally, customers have the option to select from seven solid color choices and four dual-tone combinations.

Toyota has rolled out several enhancements to the Urban Cruiser Hyryder. The higher trim levels now feature an 8-way power adjustable driver's seat and ventilated front seats, providing added comfort for longer trips or during warm weather. Additionally, the vehicle now includes rear door sunshades, ambient lighting, 15W type-C USB fast-charging ports, as well as LED spot and reading lights.

The Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) has been expanded to more variants for better real-time monitoring, with certain models also displaying air quality levels inside the cabin. Furthermore, Toyota has upgraded the speedometer for improved visibility and introduced new dual-tone exterior color options in select trims.

In terms of safety, the 2025 Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder is expected to feature structural enhancements across all variants to improve safety. Additionally, all variants will now come equipped with six airbags as a standard feature, and certain variants will include an Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) as part of the automatic transmission.

The 2025 Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder largely retains its specifications from previous models. This SUV is equipped with a 1.5-litre petrol engine, which is also available with a CNG powertrain and hybrid technology. The petrol and CNG versions offer a choice between a five-speed manual and a six-speed automatic transmission. The power output ranges from 87 bhp to 102 bhp, with torque figures between 121 Nm and 136.8 Nm.

In the hybrid variant, the engine is paired with an e-Drive transmission, delivering 91 bhp and a maximum torque of 141 Nm. The only modification to the Hyryder's specifications is the introduction of a 6-speed Automatic Transmission (6AT) for the all-wheel-drive variant, which replaces the earlier five-speed manual gearbox.

As a result of these improvements, the initial price of the SUV has increased slightly to ₹11.34 lakh, ex-showroom, compared to the previous price of ₹11.14 lakh. Additionally, the premium Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder V Hybrid is now priced at ₹20.9 lakh, ex-showroom.
