The most significant update with the new variant is that it now comes with 4X4 capability. Previously, the Toyota Fortuner Legender was only available with a rear-wheel-drive setup. The new Fortuner Legender 4X4 still packs a punch with its 2.8L diesel engine, delivering 201 bhp and 420 Nm of torque. This variant is exclusively offered with a six-speed manual transmission.

The latest version of the Fortuner Legender comes without any design changes. It sticks with the stylish dual-tone look of white and black, features sharper daytime running lights, new bumpers, and some extra cosmetic updates compared to the standard Fortuner. Plus, it rolls on 20-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels.. 

The latest version comes packed with all the same great features as before. You still get those stylish dual-tone interiors, comfy leather seats, cool ambient lighting, a digital infotainment screen, and wireless charging. Plus, it has some awesome extras like ventilated front seats and a killer sound system with 11 premium JBL speakers, complete with a subwoofer and amplifier. 

The Fortuner Legender SUV is packed with safety features, including seven airbags, ABS with EBD, an Electronic Stability Program (ESP), and both Hill Hold and Hill Descent Control, to name a few.

The Toyota Fortuner Legender 4X4 MT comes with a price tag of ₹46.36 lakh, ex-showroom. That’s nearly ₹10 lakh more than the Fortuner Legender 4X2 MT. Plus, it’s ₹5.58 lakh cheaper than the high-end GR-S trim.
