Shraddha Kapoor, one of the biggest names in Bollywood, is famous not just for her films and massive social media following, but also for her unique taste in cars. While many of her peers are going for luxury SUVs like the Range Rover or Mercedes-Benz GLS, the Stree 2 star recently added a Maruti Suzuki Swift to her collection. What’s even cooler is that this modest hatchback now shares space in her garage with a Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica.

Shraddha Kapoor's latest ride is a Maruti Suzuki Swift.

Shraddha Kapoor has chosen the latest Maruti Suzuki Swift, going for the mid-spec VXI (O) model with AMT. The Swift is definitely the go-to hatchback in India, but it's rare for celebs to be spotted in a "mass-market" car, so this is a bit of a surprise. Plus, it's interesting to point out that this new white Swift is taking the place of the older model that used to be at her home.

The new Swift is definitely a better fit for Indian roads than the Lamborghini, plus it’s way more fuel-efficient. And let’s be real, it’s also a lot less flashy for driving around town, which is perfect for the star, especially since her last movie raked in almost ₹600 crore globally, as reported.

Discover what sets the latest Maruti Suzuki Swift apart.

The Maruti Suzuki Swift VXI (O) is a solid choice, even if it lacks some of the fancy features found in the top-tier model. This variant comes with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, manual air conditioning, a multi-function steering wheel, power windows, and keyless entry. Safety-wise, it’s equipped with six airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, and ESC.

Under the hood, the new Swift packs a 1.2-litre Z-Series three-cylinder petrol engine that delivers 81 bhp and 112 Nm of peak torque. You can choose between a 5-speed AMT or a 5-speed manual transmission. Plus, there's a CNG option available, but only with the manual. The mid-spec Swift VXI (O) AMT is priced at ₹8.01 lakh (ex-showroom).

As for Shraddha Kapoor, she’s had quite the lineup of cars over the years, including the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Toyota Fortuner, Mercedes-Benz ML250, and the previous-gen Mercedes-Benz GLA. Her choices like the Swift and Huracan Tecnica are pretty intriguing, especially since she’s often spotted driving them. Could this be the ultimate two-car garage? It just might be!
