The Tata Curvv Dark edition has been officially teased by the manufacturer, with its launch anticipated in the coming weeks. This model will mark the fifth addition to Tata Motors' Dark Edition lineup, following the Nexon Dark Edition, Altroz Dark Edition, Harrier Dark Edition, and Safari Dark Edition.

The special edition of the Tata Curvv is expected to be based on the highest variant of the standard coupe SUV, likely the Accomplished variant. It will retain all the features found in the regular Accomplished trim.

Consequently, the Tata Curvv Dark edition will come equipped with a comprehensive range of features, including multiple voice assistants, Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), a 360-degree camera system, a digital instrument cluster, and a touchscreen infotainment system. Additionally, it will feature a JBL sound system with a subwoofer, a powered tailgate, and auto-hold functionality.

Other notable features will include cruise control, a multifunction display, an auto-dimming interior rearview mirror (IRVM), a wireless charging tray, an SOS call feature, rear air vents, a cooled glovebox, an air cleaner, as well as automatic headlights and wipers.

Tata Curvv Dark Edition: Design

Similar to other Dark Edition variants from Tata Motors, the Tata Curvv Dark Edition will showcase a distinctive black exterior finish exclusive to this SUV. Additional design elements will include an LED light bar, LED taillights, a shark fin antenna, dual-tone alloy wheels, a silver skid plate, and glossy black body cladding, among other features.

Tata Curvv Dark Edition: Specifications

The forthcoming Tata Curvv Dark Edition will not feature any mechanical enhancements. It will be available with both petrol and diesel engine options. The powertrain choices for the Tata Curvv Dark Edition include a Hyperion T-GDi turbo-petrol engine and a Kryojet diesel engine. For transmission, both powertrains will be equipped with a DCA gearbox in addition to the availability of a six-speed manual gearbox.
