The TVS X was introduced in India in 2023, marking the commencement of deliveries for the new premium electric scooter. The initial units of the TVS X were handed over to customers in December 2024 in Bengaluru, with plans for the company to gradually extend deliveries to additional cities. Launched as the brand's flagship electric scooter, the TVS X comes with a significant price of ₹2.50 lakh (ex-showroom).

TVS X: What is it?

The TVS X represents the most audacious entry from the two-wheeler manufacturer to date, featuring a striking design. Derived from the Creon concept, the production model preserves many of the sharp contours and high-quality aesthetics, providing it with a notable advantage over competitors in the electric scooter market.

The TVS X is constructed on the Xleton platform and is supported by an aluminium twin-spar frame. This model is equipped with telescopic forks at the front and an offset monoshock at the rear. For braking, it utilizes a 220 mm disc at the front and a 195 mm disc at the rear. Additionally, this performance electric scooter comes standard with single-channel ABS.

TVS X Features

The standout characteristic of the TVS X is its 10.25-inch TFT display, which offers compatibility with Android Auto. This tilt-adjustable screen is equipped with numerous features, such as the NavPro onboard navigation system, gaming options, live video streaming, and internet browsing capabilities, among others. Additionally, the electric scooter is fitted with cruise control and an anti-theft alarm system.

TVS X Specifications

The X is equipped with a 4.4 kWh battery, which offers a range of 140 km (IDC) on a single charge. This high-performance electric scooter features an 11 kW (14.7 bhp) electric motor, capable of accelerating from 0 to 40 km/h in just 2.6 seconds and achieving a maximum speed of 105 km/h. It includes three distinct riding modes: Xtealth, Xtride, and Xtonic. The manufacturer states that the charging duration from 0 to 80 per cent is approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes.
