Suzuki Motorcycle India has reported a 22 percent increase in sales for December 2024, achieving a total of 96,804 two-wheeler units sold in the Indian market. In comparison, the sales figure for December 2023 was 79,483 units. Domestic sales for the month reached 78,834 units, marking a 14 percent rise from the 69,025 units sold in the same month the previous year. Additionally, the company experienced a significant 72 percent growth in exports, with 17,970 units shipped abroad compared to 10,458 units in December 2023.

In this month, SMIPL also celebrated the production milestone of 6 million cumulative units of its flagship scooter, the Suzuki Access 125. Mr. Devashish Handa, Executive Vice President - Sales, Marketing and After Sales at Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd., commented on the performance, stating, “We have been witnessing consistent year-on-year growth each month, and December has continued this trend. This demonstrates the increasing preference for our products among two-wheeler users and the recognition of the quality of sales and after-sales service provided by our dealerships. We extend our heartfelt thanks to our customers for their continued support, which serves as our greatest motivation to deliver superior quality products and services.”
