Mercedes-Benz G Wagon goes electric. And it is now in India

Mercedes Benz has introduced the G580 EQ SUV, commonly referred to as the G Wagon, in India, with a starting price of ₹3 crore (ex-showroom). This model will be available exclusively in the Edition One variant, featuring a 4x4 drivetrain that ensures exceptional off-road performance. The all-electric G Wagon boasts a water-wading capability of up to 850 mm and a ground clearance of 250 mm. Aesthetically, the off-roader retains a similar boxy design to its predecessors. The G580 EQ is equipped with a 117 kWh battery pack, which is claimed to provide a range of approximately 420 km on a single charge. This electric SUV will be offered in the Indian market as a Completely Built-Up (CBU) unit.

2025 Bajaj Pulsar RS200 launched with feature upgrades

Bajaj has unveiled the 2025 Pulsar RS200, setting its price at ₹1.84 lakh (ex-showroom). This latest iteration of the Pulsar RS200 features a redesigned tail lamp assembly, along with new color options and graphics, as well as enhanced technology. The front design of the fully-faired motorcycle remains largely unchanged, and the engine specifications have not been modified. The motorcycle is available in three new color variants: Active Black Satin, Glossy Racing Red, and Pearl Metallic White. Additionally, the Pulsar RS200 is now equipped with an updated digital instrument cluster that includes Bluetooth connectivity, aligning it with contemporary competitors.

Tata launches the 2025 Tiago, 2025 Tiago EV and 2025 Tigor models

Tata Motors India has introduced three refreshed models for 2025, namely the Tiago, Tiago EV, and Tigor. The Tiago is priced starting at ₹5 lakh (ex-showroom), while the Tiago EV is available from ₹8 lakh (ex-showroom), and the Tigor starts at ₹6 lakh (ex-showroom).

The 2025 Tiago boasts an enhanced front-end design, new color options, and additional features. Notable changes include a redesigned front grille, new LED headlights, updated front bumpers, and a variety of new color shades. Inside, the vehicle will showcase new color schemes, a height-adjustable driver's seat, and automatic climate control, among other enhancements.

The Tiago EV will be offered in three new colors: Supernova Copper, Chilli Lime, and Arizona Blue. It will also feature a new dual-tone interior and an upgraded 10.25-inch infotainment touchscreen. Furthermore, the manufacturer has incorporated Electronic Stability Control, a shark-fin antenna, an updated driver's display, and an HD rear parking camera into the Tiago EV.

The 2025 Tigor presents a subtly redesigned grille along with updated front and rear bumpers. Interior improvements include a smart steering wheel with illumination, new fabric seats, ISOFIX mounts, and more. Additionally, the top-spec variant will offer a new 10.25-inch floating infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 360-degree camera, a shark fin antenna, automatic temperature control, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and numerous other features.
