Honda Elevate, City, and the second-generation Amaze receive advantages.
The 'Honda December Rush' offers advantages of up to ₹1.14 lakh on certain models. These promotions are valid until the end of December and do not apply to Tamil Nadu. Customers can receive scratch cards that present opportunities for gifts, including holiday vouchers and cash rewards. Additionally, a price increase is anticipated for January 2025. Extended warranty options and benefits are also available for the Elevate, 2nd Gen Amaze, and City models.
Skoda Kylaq manufacturing has commenced.
Skoda Auto Volkswagen India has initiated the manufacturing of the Kylaq SUV, which will be available for both domestic and international markets. This vehicle is constructed on the MQB A0 IN platform, prioritizing safety, comfort, and quality. To enhance efficiency and lower ownership costs, Skoda has expanded its local supplier network by an additional 10 per cent.
Hero XPulse 200T and Xtreme 200S 4V have been discontinued.
Hero MotoCorp has quietly phased out the XPulse 200T and Xtreme 200S 4V motorcycles from its product lineup. Both models have been removed from the company's official website. Although the XPulse 200T and Xtreme 200S were based on the XPulse platform, the off-road variant quickly gained popularity, while the other two models struggled to generate comparable interest and faced difficulties in sales performance. It is noteworthy that the Xtreme 200S 4V received an update last year, which featured the addition of a four-valve engine along with various other improvements.
The Xtreme 200S was designed as a sports commuter, equipped with a full fairing and offering comfortable ergonomics. Both motorcycles were powered by the same 199.6 cc single-cylinder, air and oil-cooled engine, which was mated to a 5-speed transmission. The XPulse 200T was priced at ₹1.40 lakh, while the fully-faired Xtreme 200T was available at ₹1.41 lakh (ex-showroom) before its discontinuation.
