Revolt to launch new electric motorcycle on September 17

Revolt, an electric two-wheeler manufacturer has announced that they will be launching a new electric motorcycle on September 17. The launch will happen in the presence of Nitin Gadkari, Minister of Road Transport and Highways. As of now, Revolt only sells the RV400 and RV400 BRZ. As of now, nothing is known about the new motorcycle.
Revolt RV400 BRZ
The Revolt RV400 BRZ is the more affordable option among the two electric bicycles. Despite this distinction, both models share identical design elements and mechanical components. Each bike is fitted with a 3.24 kWh battery pack, which offers a range of 150 km in Eco mode, decreasing to 100 km in Normal mode and 80 km in Sport mode. The time required for a full charge from 0 to 100 per cent is 4.5 hours. The power is generated by a 3 kW (4 bhp) mid-drive motor, and the features include regenerative braking, combined braking, a side-stand cut-off mechanism, a digital instrument console, among others.
Revolt RV400
The RV400 is identical to the RV400 BRZ. It gets the same design, chassis and hardware components. The difference lies in some additional colour schemes and the addition of mobile application connectivity.
Both models are equipped with USD front forks and a monoshock rear suspension, while their braking systems consist of disc brakes at both the front and rear. Additional specifications include all-LED lighting, a ground clearance of 215 mm, a seat height of 814 mm, and a warranty that covers five years or 75,000 km on the battery whereas the charger gets a warranty of 2 years. The wheelbase is of 1,350 mm and the load capacity is rated for 150 kg. The Revolt RV400 BRZ and RV400 compete with the Tork Kratos R, Oben Rorr, Svitch CSR762, among others in the same category.
