The Renault Kiger facelift is anticipated to make its debut in India in the near future. Its counterpart, the Nissan Magnite, recently underwent a minor facelift in October 2024. Although Renault has already refreshed the Kiger lineup with new features and variant options, the official launch of the Kiger facelift is projected for later in 2025.

Similar to the Nissan Magnite facelift, the Renault Kiger facelift is expected to maintain a comparable silhouette to the existing model. However, it is likely to incorporate slimmer, horizontally aligned LED daytime running lights, a redesigned radiator grille, and a modified front bumper. Additionally, a shark fin antenna is anticipated to be a notable feature.

On the exterior, other significant updates are expected to include new 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, clear-lens LED taillights, a reconfigured bumper, and a roof-mounted spoiler. Furthermore, the facelifted Kiger is likely to come equipped with a rear wiper and washer, a repositioned number plate section integrated into the bumper, and an updated Renault logo.

Renault Kiger facelift: Cabin and features

In terms of the interior, the cabin of the Renault Kiger facelift is expected to remain largely unchanged. Like the Nissan Magnite facelift, the Kiger facelift is also anticipated to retain the 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

Additional expected features within the cabin include push-button start, rear air conditioning vents, automatic climate control, keyless entry, adjustable headrests, and armrests for both front and rear passengers. It is also likely that the Kiger facelift will introduce a new color theme for the interior.

Renault Kiger facelift: Specs

Regarding the powertrain, the facelifted Renault Kiger is anticipated to maintain the same engine options as the existing model. The current version is equipped with two engine types: a 1.0-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine and a 1.0-liter turbocharged petrol engine.

The naturally aspirated engine produces 71 bhp and 96 Nm of torque, whereas the turbocharged variant offers 98 bhp and can achieve a torque of up to 160 Nm. The naturally aspirated model can be paired with either a 5-speed manual transmission or a 5-speed automated manual transmission (AMT). On the other hand, the turbocharged engine is available with a 5-speed manual gearbox or a continuously variable transmission (CVT).
