Renault has introduced the 2025 ESpace to the global market. This SUV showcases a refreshed design language that enhances its contemporary appeal. The updated aesthetics include new lighting signatures at both the front and rear, complemented by a revised color palette. Buyers will have the option to choose between five or seven seats.

The new ESpace is built on the same platform as the Austral and the Rafale. It features a hybrid powertrain that delivers 197 bhp, boasting a claimed range of approximately 1,100 km on a full tank. The engine generates 130 bhp and 205 Nm of peak torque, supported by two electric motors that produce 70 bhp and 205 Nm. Similar to the Austral and Rafale, the ESpace offers an option for four-wheel steering, which reduces the turning radius from 11.6 to 10.4 meters. Furthermore, the gearbox has been optimized for smoother gear shifts and enhanced responsiveness during acceleration.

The most significant changes are found in the exterior design. Renault has indicated that the refreshed look provides the Espace with "a more modern aesthetic." The new headlights are reminiscent of those on the Rafale, while the redesigned grille features a sophisticated diamond pattern. Additionally, both the bonnet and tailgate have been updated, and the rear lights showcase a sharper design, reportedly inspired by tangram puzzles.

The ESpace is developed on Renault's modular CMF-CD platform.

The interior of the vehicle features newly designed, more ergonomic front seats, refreshed upholstery, and improved sound insulation. A notable addition is the ‘Solarbay’ panoramic roof, which spans 1.7 meters in length and 1.13 meters in width, consisting of nine segments that can be made opaque with a simple button press or via the voice-activated Google Assistant.

Additionally, a new camera integrated into the A-pillar has the capability to recognize the driver. Once a profile is set up, it will quickly grant access to preferred radio stations, customized driving positions, and frequently used Google applications.

There will be three trim levels available: Techno, Esprit Alpine, and Iconic, with a convertible version anticipated to be launched shortly.

Renault Triber facelift spotted

The Renault Triber facelift has been seen testing for the first time, signaling substantial updates for this subcompact MPV. As the most economical seven-seater option in India, the Triber is set for a comprehensive upgrade by the end of this year. The latest spy shot shows the test vehicle on a flatbed, revealing limited details.

The image primarily highlights the rear three-quarters of the MPV. While the overall silhouette is expected to remain consistent, the new Triber will incorporate updated taillights, a redesigned tailgate, and altered bumpers. Minor modifications at the front are also anticipated, although the test vehicle indicates that these changes will not be significantly different from the current model.
