Okaya EV's New Brand Identity and Product Debut Scheduled for Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025

Okaya EV has announced its intention to introduce a new brand identity in the near future. This initiative will encompass not only a new logo but also a new name, specifically tailored for its portfolio of 2-wheeler and 3-wheeler vehicles. The brand is set to present new products at the forthcoming Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025.

Currently, the company offers electric scooters and an electric motorcycle, the latter being marketed under the Ferrato brand and named Disruptor. In the Indian market, Okaya EV provides eight electric scooter models, which include Freedom, Faast F2F, Faast F3, Motofaast, Faast F2B, ClassicIQ+, Faast F2T, and Faast F4.

Regarding the upcoming launch, Mr Anshul Gupta, Managing Director of Okaya EV, stated: "As we enter 2025, this new visual identity signifies a transformative journey for Okaya EV. It boldly reflects our dedication to innovation, sustainability, and the provision of premium electric mobility solutions. Ferrato Disruptor

The Ferrato Disruptor is available at a price of ₹1.60 lakh ex-showroom and can be found in cities such as Delhi, Gurgaon, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Pune, and Bangalore. This motorcycle features a 6.4 kW Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM), which produces a peak torque of 228 Nm and a nominal torque of 45 Nm. According to Ferrato, the maximum speed of this motorcycle is 95 km/h.

The fixed battery pack has a capacity of 3.97 kWh, providing a riding range of 129 km on a single charge, which is suitable for daily urban commuting. The manufacturer asserts that the battery can be fully charged from zero to full in five hours. Additionally, the e-bike offers three riding modes: eco, city, and sports, which can be easily switched using a control located on the handlebar.
