The 2025 Lexus LX 500d stands out as the sole diesel-powered SUV in Lexus' portfolio, offering a distinctive option within the luxury market. It is equipped with a 3.3-litre V6 twin-turbo diesel engine that generates 304 bhp at 4,000 rpm and 700 Nm of torque between 1,600 and 2,600 rpm. This powertrain is mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission, providing a seamless and responsive driving experience. Regarding the interior, while the layout remains consistent, Lexus has incorporated new comfort-oriented features to improve the driving experience. The SUV now includes a front-row seat massager with premium leather upholstery, elevating the cabin's luxurious ambiance.

The front seats feature a 10-way powered driver's seat with lumbar support and adjustable seat cushion length, alongside an 8-way powered front passenger seat equipped with power lumbar support (or Ottoman). The second-row seats offer multi-seat auto arrangement, a one-touch tumble function, powered seat sliding, a center armrest, cupholders, a storage box for small items, and climate control switches. Both the front and second-row seats are equipped with ventilation and heating functions.
