Mahindra and Mahindra have revealed plans to enhance their dealerships and service centers. The company will now offer remote vehicle diagnostics supported by professionals with expertise in electric SUVs, alongside strategically positioned battery repair centers and dedicated relationship managers for charging solutions. Additionally, Mahindra will present its INGLO platform, an electric skateboard foundation upon which all of its electric vehicles are built. To ensure personalized service, the brand has hired 500 specialists from luxury and premium sectors.

Service centers will also see significant improvements, with dedicated service bays for electric vehicles and trained technicians equipped to handle EVs and their specific tools. A nationwide network of strategically located battery repair centers will facilitate efficient EV battery maintenance. A team of 400 Mahindra Tech Experts, supported by engineers from Mahindra Research Valley (MRV), will ensure that customers receive reliable service.

Furthermore, Mahindra is launching CHARGE.IN, a specialized EV charging division staffed by over 350 experts who will provide charging solutions. This initiative aims to assist with home charger installations and ensure seamless integration with the DC charging network.

In addition, the Me4U application will be introduced, allowing customers to track orders in real-time, book test drives, and access vehicle insights prior to delivery. After the vehicle is delivered, users will be able to monitor vehicle status and check its condition.
