1 MG M9: Design
The
MG M9 EV is designed as an elegant limousine available in four distinct color options: Camden Grey, Wine Red, Mineral Blue, Black Pearl, and White Pearl. It features a distinctive closed trapezoidal front grille, complemented by sleek, vertically arranged LED headlights on either side. Above the headlights, two strips of LED daytime running lights are present, connected by slender horizontal slats that extend across the front. The rear of the vehicle is characterized by integrated tail lights. This all-electric limousine accommodates seven passengers, equipped with sliding rear doors and a chrome window trim.
2 MG M9: Interior and Features
The interior of the MG M9 is adorned with leather upholstery throughout, featuring electric seating for both the first and second rows. The premium variant includes ottoman seats in the second row, offering eight massage settings, folding tables, and touchscreen controls. The M9 is equipped with a seven-inch digital instrument cluster and a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen that supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Additional interior features comprise an air purification system, three-zone automatic climate control, a 12-speaker audio system, rear entertainment displays, and a customizable 64-color ambient lighting system.
3 MG M9: Battery, Power, and Range
The MG M9 is powered by a 90 kWh battery pack, providing a WLTP-claimed driving range of up to 580 km. The vehicle comes with an 11 kW charger, which can fully charge the battery from five percent to 100 percent in 8.5 hours, while DC fast charging allows for a charge from 30 percent to 80 percent in just 30 minutes. It is important to note that these specifications pertain to the global model and may vary when the M9 is introduced in India. The electric motor delivers a maximum power output of 241 bhp and a torque of 350 Nm, with a top speed of 180 km/h.
