Lexus Unveils Concept Vehicles Ahead of Bharat Mobility Expo 2025

Lexus India has indicated that it will unveil various concept vehicles on social media, including the LF-ZC and ROV concepts, at the forthcoming Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. This event is scheduled to take place from January 17th to January 22nd at the Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, where the Japanese luxury car manufacturer will present these concepts in its designated pavilion.
Lexus, in its announcement regarding the ROV concept, indicated that this design is part of their Overtrail initiative. The accompanying teaser image reveals the front hood section of the ROV, featuring two openings that provide a view of the suspension system beneath. Additionally, Lexus shared a wireframe outline of the LF-ZC concept in a separate post. The company previously stated that its pavilion will be distinctly organized into three areas: Hybrid, Lifestyle, and Future zones. The Hybrid Zone will emphasize the brand's commitment to green technology, while the Lifestyle Zone will showcase the automaker's dedication to lifestyle through the Overtrail Project. The Future Zone will present the company's vision for upcoming products, including concept vehicles.
Lexus ROV Concept
The Lexus ROV concept represents a side-by-side all-terrain vehicle. Its design draws inspiration from the aesthetics of the luxury carmaker's SUVs. The ROV is characterized by an open-roof configuration, and its interior incorporates carbon fiber to enhance durability. Additionally, it features elements such as a conventional steering wheel and a unified instrument console, reminiscent of those found in Lexus SUVs.
Equipped with a 1.0-liter hydrogen engine, this ATV is intended as a lifestyle product that can be conveniently towed on a trailer for weekend recreational activities. Performance specifications for this concept vehicle have yet to be disclosed.
Lexus LF-ZC Concept
The Lexus LF-ZC is an electric concept sedan characterized by its striking design. This prototype provides insight into the brand's forthcoming generation of vehicles, especially the LS, which is expected to launch globally in 2026.
The interior of this concept features a modern design, including a rectangular steering wheel and an expansive display. While specific technical specifications for the LF-ZC concept have not been disclosed, the manufacturer indicates that the vehicle will be available in both rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive configurations, with a projected range approaching 1,000 kilometres.
