Following the successful launch of the Sonet and Seltos, Kia has unveiled yet another SUV in the Indian market, named Syros. The complete pricing details will be disclosed on February 1st. Bookings for the Syros are currently available, and prospective buyers are encouraged to visit their nearest authorized dealerships for more information. Additionally, the fuel efficiency specifications of the Kia Syros have now been announced.

Kia Syros petrol fuel efficiency

Kia Syros is equipped with a 1.0-litre, three-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine that generates 118 bhp and 172 Nm of maximum torque. This engine is paired with a 6-speed manual transmission, which is reported to achieve a fuel efficiency of 18.20 kmpl. Additionally, there is an option for a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, which is said to provide a fuel efficiency of 17.68 kmpl.

Kia Syros diesel fuel efficiency

Kia Syros will additionally be available with a diesel engine option. This engine is a 1.5-litre unit that delivers a maximum power output of 116 bhp and a peak torque of 250 Nm. It can be paired with either a 6-speed manual transmission or a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. The manual transmission is reported to achieve a fuel efficiency of 20.75 kmpl, while the automatic variant has a claimed efficiency of 17.65 kmpl.
