The 2025 Kia EV6 has been introduced at a price of ₹65.9 lakh, ex-showroom. In contrast to the previous model, which offered two variants—GT Line and GT Line AWD priced at ₹60.9 lakh and ₹65.7 lakh, ex-showroom, respectively—the 2025 version is exclusively available in the GT Line AWD configuration.

The new model was initially unveiled at the Bharat Mobility Global Auto Expo 2025. It continues to compete with its sibling, the Hyundai Ioniq 5, as well as the BYD Sealion 7, BMW iX1, Mercedes-Benz EQA, and Volvo C40 Recharge.

2025 Kia EV6: Specifications

The 2025 Kia EV6 is powered by an 84 kWh battery pack from the Hyundai Motor Group, replacing the earlier 77.4 kWh version. Interestingly, this change results in a lower claimed range of 663 km. The updated battery supports 350 kW DC fast charging, allowing it to charge from 10% to 80% in just 18 minutes.

The 2025 Kia EV6 GT Line AWD produces 320 bhp and 605 Nm of torque, reflecting an increase in price. Additionally, Kia has improved the EV6's frequency-selective dampers to enhance ride comfort, reduce motor noise, and strengthen the body structure for added safety.

2025 Kia EV6: Design

The updated EV6 showcases a bolder design. The traditional front headlights have been replaced with LED daytime running lights and headlamps that draw inspiration from the EV3 and EV4 concept models. The facelifted EV6 is equipped with 19-inch black-and-white aerodynamic alloy wheels. At the rear, a horizontal LED strip serves as the taillight.

2025 Kia EV6: Interior and feature list

Significant enhancements to the interior of the Kia EV6 include a new dual 12.3-inch curved panoramic display that integrates the driver's instrument cluster with the infotainment touchscreen. The latest model offers wireless connectivity for both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Additionally, a fingerprint sensor has been incorporated into the two-spoke D-cut steering wheel, allowing the driver to start the EV6 without the need for a traditional key.

Over-the-air (OTA) updates for the Kia EV6 will encompass both navigation and electrical control systems. Other interior improvements include a digital rearview mirror, an upgraded 12-inch heads-up display, and an augmented reality navigation system.
