What all is new with the 2025 KTM 390 Adventure?
The 2025 KTM 390 Adventure has been thoroughly reimagined, significantly improving its performance for both off-road and touring activities. This motorcycle showcases a completely refreshed design, featuring vertically aligned LED headlights, unique LED daytime running lights, and a prominently placed front fender. Furthermore, the updated 390 ADV has been enhanced in height and dimensions, making it more accommodating for taller riders. The frame has also been redesigned and is now shared with the 390 Duke. The manufacturer states that this new frame has been engineered to support various body styles, ranging from the third-generation 390 Duke to the 390 Adventure, as well as the forthcoming 390 Enduro R and 390 SMC R.
What powers the 2025 KTM 390 Adventure?
The vehicle will be powered by a new 399 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, which is based on the third-generation KTM 390 Duke. This engine produces 45 bhp and delivers a maximum torque of 39 Nm, identical to that of the 390 Duke. The final drive has been modified, incorporating a rear sprocket that is three teeth larger, thereby enhancing low-end performance. Additionally, this engine will be paired with a 6-speed transmission that includes a slip-and-assist clutch, as well as a bi-directional quickshifter.

The 2025 KTM 390 Adventure will be offered in two distinct variants. The entry-level X variant will be equipped with alloy wheels, featuring a 19-inch front and a 17-inch rear wheel configuration, making it more suitable for touring at a more accessible price point.
