As JSW MG Motor prepares to unveil the pricing for its forthcoming electric vehicles, including the Cyberster and M9, the manufacturer has announced the establishment of exclusive showrooms across India dedicated to showcasing and delivering these EVs. The two electric models were first introduced at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo, also known as the Auto Expo, in January of this year. They will expand MG Motor's electric vehicle portfolio in India, which already features models such as the ZS EV, Comet EV, and Windsor EV.

MG Motor has created distinct showrooms specifically for these two upcoming electric vehicles, both of which are positioned as premium offerings. To ensure a unique experience for its clientele, the company has launched 14 Select showrooms that will exclusively sell the Cyberster and M9 electric MPV. Among these, three showrooms are located in Maharashtra, specifically in Mumbai, Thane, and Pune. Additionally, two showrooms have been established in the Delhi-NCR region, one in Delhi and the other in Gurugram. Bengaluru is the only city to host two of these specialized showrooms.

The remaining seven MG Select dealership locations are situated in cities such as Ahmedabad and Surat in Gujarat, Hyderabad in Telangana, Chennai in Tamil Nadu, Kolkata in West Bengal, Kochi in Kerala, and Chandigarh. Rajeev Chaba, CEO Emeritus at JSW MG Motor India, remarked, “MG Select embodies a new vision for accessible luxury within the automotive sector. The brand’s refined approach to products and the car ownership experience will enhance personalization, with newly appointed dealer partners playing a crucial role in advancing this initiative.”

MG M9 electric MPV: Bookings open, launch soon

MG Motor has commenced the acceptance of bookings for the M9 electric MPV, following its inaugural presentation at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The official launch of this electric MPV is anticipated to occur within the next few months. This three-row electric MPV features a 90 kWh battery pack, which is projected to provide a range of up to 500 kilometres on a single charge.

The M9 EV is meticulously crafted to provide an elevated level of luxury, featuring amenities such as ottoman-style seating in the second row, along with heating, cooling, and massage functionalities for these seats. It is equipped with a three-zone climate control system that is operated via a touchscreen interface, individual entertainment displays for rear passengers, and a dual-pane sunroof.

MG Cyberster: A Luxurious Sports Car for Everyone

MG Motor is set to introduce the Cyberster electric sports car in India in the near future. This EV attracted significant attention at the recent Auto Expo held at the Bharat Mandapam. The two-seater model, which features scissor doors, is powered by a 77 kWh battery pack and is available in both single and dual-motor configurations. The single-motor variant of the MG Cyberster delivers a peak power of 335 bhp and a maximum torque of 475 Nm. The rear-wheel-drive version boasts an impressive range of 507 kilometres on a single charge.
