1 Design

The Hero VIDA V2 maintains a similar design aesthetic to its predecessor, the VIDA V1 e-scooter, with minimal alterations. It showcases a two-tone paint scheme characterized by smooth contours and a headlamp positioned at the lower section of the front. The seating arrangement includes a split seat, with the pillion seat being notably shorter. The overall design of the VIDA V2 remains modern and is now available in new color options, including Matte Nexus Blue-Grey and Glossy Sports Red.

2 Specifications

The VIDA V2 is engineered to deliver an exhilarating riding experience, equipped with contemporary technology. It features removable battery packs rated at IP67, available in three different capacities: 2.2 kWh, 3.44 kWh, and 3.94 kWh, catering to various user requirements. The electric scooter boasts an IDC-approved range of up to 165 km on a full charge.

Powering the vehicle is a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM), which provides a peak output of 6 kW and a torque of up to 25 Nm. The scooter is capable of accelerating from a standstill to 40 km/h in just 2.9 seconds. Additionally, it offers multiple riding modes—Eco, Ride, Sport, and Custom (exclusive to the Pro variant)—to accommodate different riding preferences.

3 Features

The scooter is equipped with numerous features that enhance convenience and practicality. It includes a 7-inch TFT touchscreen that offers turn-by-turn navigation, vehicle telematics, and battery state-of-charge (SoC) information for a more informed riding experience. Cruise control is also available, providing comfort during extended journeys. The keyless entry system simplifies access and operation by removing the need for traditional keys. Furthermore, the scooter incorporates regenerative braking, which enhances the vehicle's efficiency by recovering energy during deceleration or braking.

4 Charging

Hero has prioritized customer convenience by establishing over 3,100 charging points across more than 250 cities. VIDA V2 owners also enjoy the added benefit of home charging capabilities. The battery packs are designed to facilitate easy charging at home.

5 The warranty provided is extensive, offering coverage for a duration of 5 years or up to 50,000 kilometers. It is important to note, however, that this warranty does not extend to the battery pack, which is instead covered for a period of 3 years or 30,000 kilometers. Hero takes pride in its network of more than 500 service locations, facilitating convenient maintenance and service for customers.
