The BMW iX1 LWB Electric is priced at an introductory <span class='webrupee'>₹</span>49 lakhs before taxes, making it more affordable than the base X1 by <span class='webrupee'>₹</span>80,000. It is an identical twin of the iX1, featuring a large kidney grille, adaptive LED headlamps, and a stretched roofline.
The BMW iX1 LWB Electric is available at an introductory price of ₹49 lakhs before taxes, making it ₹80,000 more economical than the base model X1. This vehicle is essentially a variant of the iX1, showcasing a prominent kidney grille, adaptive LED headlights, and an elongated roofline. 

The iX1 LWB is equipped with a substantial surface diffuser, elegantly sculpted taillights, and the distinctive 'L' emblem at the rear. It rides on 18-inch M Light alloy wheels and boasts a wheelbase of 2,800 mm, while its height and width remain consistent with the standard iX1. 

The additional 108 mm in wheelbase provides generous legroom and knee space for rear passengers. The rear doors are designed to open wider, facilitating easier access, and a lowered gearbox hump enhances foot space. 

Passengers in the rear are afforded enhanced comfort with softer foam cushioning and extended seat cushions. The interior is further enhanced by a nine square-foot panoramic sunroof, a 12-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, automatic climate control, and additional features. 

The BMW iX1 LWB presents a streamlined dashboard and center console, highlighted by a widescreen curved display. The driver benefits from a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and the cabin is designed with a dual-tone aesthetic.

The BMW iX1 LWB features a  a single electric motor on the front axle and a 66.4 kWh battery. This is claimed to allow for a 531 km single-charge range, but our tests put the figure at 450 km per charge.
