Hyundai introduced its updated Ioniq 6 at the recent Seoul Mobility Show 2025 in Korea. During the event, the automaker also presented the Ioniq 6 N Line, indicating the forthcoming release of a sportier version of the electric vehicle.

Hyundai Ioniq 6: Design

Hyundai refers to the Ioniq 6 as an ‘electrified streamliner’ to highlight its fluid design inspired by the concept of ‘Pure flow, Refined’. The electric vehicle features a sleek, aerodynamic profile with a shark-nose front. Black accents along the lower body extend to the doors, enhancing the Ioniq 6's streamlined appearance. The previous model's large spoiler has been replaced with a more elongated ducktail spoiler, which improves aerodynamic efficiency while providing the sedan with a refined and less aggressive silhouette.

The vehicle's front and rear details have been upgraded to achieve a modern and high-tech aesthetic, incorporating separate slim daytime running lights (DRLs) and main headlights. Horizontal design elements contribute to a wider stance, and the rear bumper showcases a contemporary chrome trim that complements the front design.

Hyundai Ioniq 6: Interior

The interior of the new Ioniq 6 continues to embody the ‘Mindful Cocoon’ theme, focusing on a more comfortable and user-friendly experience. The cabin features a redesigned steering wheel and enhanced door trim materials for a more premium feel. The center console has been optimized for improved functionality, and the climate control display has been enlarged for greater user convenience.

Hyundai Ioniq 6 N-Line: What's different

Introduced alongside the new Ioniq 6, the Ioniq 6 N Line variant incorporates design elements from the RN22e Rolling Lab unveiled in 2022, resulting in a significantly more assertive appearance.

To highlight the energetic and bold character of the N Line model, the front and rear bumpers feature refined details and a more sculpted form. The bumper design, reminiscent of a wing, along with a single line that emphasizes the side sill, gives the electrified streamliner a visually lower stance. Additionally, the prominent black accents at the rear, drawing inspiration from the RN22e, contribute to the sporty appearance of the IONIQ 6 N Line. The two-dimensional Parametric Pixel lamp design further enhances its digital appeal.
