Volvo has launched the 2025 XC90 in India, with a starting price of ₹1.03 crore. This completely revamped SUV showcases a reimagined front bumper, while the LED headlights have received subtle modifications. Additionally, the alloy wheels present a fresh design.
The taillights have undergone a redesign, and the SUV is now available in a new Mulberry Red color, in addition to five other color choices. Regarding ground clearance, the SUV achieves a height of 238 mm with its standard suspension and 267 mm with the air suspension.
The interior of the new XC90 features an 11.2-inch touchscreen display, complemented by vertical air conditioning vents on either side. The dashboard showcases a two-tone design, while the seats are adorned in a brown hue. Additionally, the steering wheel is designed with three spokes and includes buttons for managing cruise control and various other functions.
The SUV, measuring 4,953 mm in length, will be available in a seven-seater configuration and will compete with other luxury SUVs such as the BMW X5, Lexus UX 350h, Mercedes-Benz GLE, Land Rover Range Rover Velar, and Audi Q7.
The automobile manufacturer has enhanced the ride quality by incorporating frequency selective damping technology, upgrading sound insulation to ensure a disturbance-free experience, and providing additional storage solutions for greater convenience.
The manufacturer is presenting the Miller B5 mild-hybrid, equipped with a 2.0-litre powertrain, to the Indian markets. This engine generates approximately 246.5 bhp and delivers a peak torque of 360 Nm.
