Hyundai has just revealed the Creta Electric, set to make its debut at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. This new ride will compete with the likes of the MG ZS EV, Mahindra BE 6, Tata Curvv EV, and the soon-to-be-released Maruti Suzuki e Vitara. The Hyundai Creta Electric is set to come in four different trims: Executive, Smart, Premium, and Excellence. You’ll have a choice of eight solid colors and two dual-tone options, featuring three cool matte finishes as well. Hyundai has announced that the Creta Electric will come with a 51.4 kWh battery, boasting an ARAI certified range of 473 km. The teaser also indicates that in normal mode, the Creta Electric can travel 392 km on a full charge. On the other hand, the variant with a 42 kWh battery pack will have an ARAI certified range of 390 km per charge. Hyundai says that you can juice up the Creta Electric from 10% to 80% in just 58 minutes with DC charging. If you're using the 11kW Smart Connected wall box charger for AC home charging, it’ll take about 4 hours to go from 10% to a full 100%. Hyundai Creta Electric is set to come with three driving modes: Eco, Normal, and Sports. It can go from 0 to 100 km/h in just 7.9 seconds. The details about the motor output are still under wraps, though. Hyundai Creta Electric is set to come with Level 2 ADAS, a 360-degree parking camera, active airflaps for better efficiency, vehicle-to-load capabilities, a digital key, and a whole lot more. The Hyundai Creta Electric SUV is set to look a lot like the 2024 Hyundai Creta, but with some tweaks. Up front, it features a smooth, blanked-out grille and a charging port right in the center. Plus, there's a new design for the front bumper. The charging port will be located right behind the Hyundai logo at the front. They've also updated the grille and designed a new bumper that improves airflow. The side profile looks just like the regular Creta with an internal combustion engine, but the EV comes with a fresh pair of 17-inch aero alloy wheels. At the back, it keeps the same tail lights, but the Creta Electric sports a revamped bumper. Hyundai has stopped making the Kona Electric and is replacing it with the Creta EV. Besides that, they also have the Ioniq 5 available for sale.
