The Hero Xpulse 200 4V Pro Dakar maintains its overall design while incorporating a sportier aesthetic. This adventure motorcycle features a base colour of Gloss Goldfish Silver, complemented by graphics inspired by the Dakar rally. Notable elements include a Dakar logo on the fuel tank and a depiction of a motorcycle navigating dunes, accompanied by geographical coordinates. Additional graphics have also been introduced on the side and tail panels.

2 Enhanced Suspension  

Based on the Pro variant's framework, the Hero Xpulse 200 4V Pro Dakar Edition is equipped with an adjustable front suspension that offers 250 mm of travel. With a ground clearance of 270 mm, this model is well-suited for off-road challenges, making it ideal for serious adventure enthusiasts who seek to conquer rugged landscapes.

3 Features  

The XPulse 200 4V Pro Dakar Edition is equipped with an Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) that includes three specific riding modes: Road, Off-Road, and Rally. Additional features comprise a rally-style windshield, closed knuckle guards for enhanced safety, a luggage plate for practicality, and a USB charging port. These attributes significantly improve both functionality and rider comfort, particularly during extended journeys.

4 Engine and Ergonomics  

The XPulse 200 4V Pro Dakar Edition is driven by a 199.6 cc single-cylinder engine that produces 18.9 bhp and 17.35 Nm of torque. It is paired with a 5-speed transmission, ensuring reliable performance across various terrains.  

Hero has refined the ergonomics for the Dakar Edition by incorporating a handlebar riser, which improves the standing riding position. The motorcycle retains its sturdy 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wire-spoked wheels, fitted with dual-purpose tyres that provide superior grip and control on diverse surfaces. Additionally, disc brakes at both ends enhance its braking capabilities.

The XPulse 200 4V Pro Dakar Edition is priced at ₹1.67 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), with bookings for this new motorcycle set to commence on December 18, 2024.
